Frank Wilde is a passionate marketer with a track record of success in global, strategic, and operational roles at renowned companies such as Philip Morris, British American Tobacco, Heineken, Nestlé, Nespresso, and Delica. As a Dutch national residing in Nyon, Switzerland, Frank holds a Swiss C-Permit and possesses an international mindset, along with fluency in four languages: Dutch, English, French, and German. His intercultural skills and adaptability enable him to thrive in diverse environments.
Frank’s area of expertise lies in the creation and launch of purposeful high-value brands within dynamic and challenging FMCG industries. He is particularly adept at driving organizational responsibility by actively addressing climate change through sustainable development initiatives. With a deep understanding of OMNI-channel and “direct to consumer” business models, Frank specializes at utilizing consumer data to optimize engagement and boost sales. He approaches his work with a collaborative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and a strong emphasis on fostering human connections. He is skilled in coaching and mentoring individuals while effectively leading high-performing, cross-functional teams.
Currently serving as the Head of CoffeeB at Delica Switzerland, Frank is responsible for orchestrating the international preparation and rollout of CoffeeB, a groundbreaking waste-free portioned coffee system. In this role, he spearheads the project across various departments, ensuring its successful implementation both nationally and internationally.
