Head of Internal Audit of Europe and Greater China, and Global Senior Director of Sustainability & ESG at GUESS. He is also Head of the ESG Global Controlling department and responsible for the preparation of the Corporate Sustainability and ESG Global Report. Based in Lugano (Canton Ticino, Switzerland), Roberto manages a team of 11 people in Switzerland and 2 people in Greater China. In his role, he is also responsible for driving sustainability strategy and promote projects and activities in coordination with internal stakeholders to guide and advance the sustainability transition of Guess.

After the Master’s Degree in Economics and Management in Italy he obtained a Diploma of Certified Advanced Studies (CAS) in “Smart e-Fashion: Technology driven fashion business development” by the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Italian Switzerland (SUPSI).

Roberto is Chartered Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting (Diplomierter Experte in Rechnungslegung und Controlling) with Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education released by the Swiss State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation (SERI).

Roberto is also External Lecturer of the Module “Financial decision-making on Innovation Projects” of the Master of Science in Business Administration with Major in Innovation Management at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI) and Advisory Board Member of several local professional and training institutions and initiatives.
