Christine Crosby

Christine Crosby is Sustainability Director at the Hero Group, responsible for the global sustainability strategy and programmes, climate commitment and ESG partner engagement. She leads programs across sustainable sourcing and farming, carbon neutral manufacturing, and healthy, natural foods. Christine is active in sustainability leadership and industry forums including: World Economic Forum, EIT/EU Coalition, Green Biz, Sustainable Agriculture Initiative (SAI) and Swiss Association of MBAs (SAMBA).
Christine has expertise in sustainable agriculture, circular food systems, and business model innovation & commercial operations. She has garnered nearly 25 years of international experience in business strategy, program development, and capability building.
An American-Swiss national, she holds an MSc. in Sustainable Development (University of Basel), an MBA in Finance, Marketing (New York University) and a BA in International Economics & Literature (Washington & Tübingen Universities). Christine lives in Switzerland with her family and tends her roof garden in her free time.
